At beautyfooty, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your football shirt or football jersey, you can return or exchange it under the following conditions.

Returns

  • You can return your item within 14 days of receiving it.
  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Custom-made or personalized football shirts cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 1 to 3days, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the item was damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges

  • If you need to exchange your football jersey for a different size or model, please contact us at jobwil2008@gmail.com.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect football shirt, please notify us within 1 day with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
